All products on Themely must meet these quality standards:

- Professional Quality: Well-organized, bug-free, and production-ready
- Complete Package: Include all necessary files, documentation, and assets
- Clear Description: Accurate, detailed description of what's included

Themely supports a wide range of file formats to accommodate different types of digital products. The allowed formats are configured by platform administrators and may vary.
File Size Limits
💡 Pro Tip: Compress large files into .zip archives to save storage space and make downloads faster for customers. Always include a README file in your archive!
Font Guidelines
Fonts are a crucial part of many design products. Understanding font licensing is essential to ensure your products comply with legal requirements and protect both you and your customers.
✅ Fonts You CAN Include
These fonts can be distributed with your products
Open Source Fonts (OFL, Apache, MIT)
Google Fonts, Font Awesome, Inter, Roboto, Open Sans, etc.
Public Domain Fonts
Fonts explicitly released without copyright restrictions
Your Own Custom Fonts
Fonts you have created yourself or have full distribution rights to
Fonts with Extended/Commercial Licenses
If you've purchased a license that allows redistribution in templates
⛔ Fonts You CANNOT Include
Distributing these fonts may result in product rejection
Paid/Commercial Fonts (Without Extended License)
Fonts from Envato Elements, Adobe Fonts, MyFonts, etc. without redistribution rights
Desktop-Only Licensed Fonts
Many font licenses only allow personal use, not redistribution
System Fonts (Varies by OS)
San Francisco (Apple), Segoe UI (Microsoft), etc. - check specific licensing
Pirated or Illegally Obtained Fonts
This includes fonts downloaded from unauthorized sources
📋 When Fonts Cannot Be Included
Required documentation for products using paid fonts
If your design uses fonts that cannot be redistributed, you must include:
Font Name & Source
Clear identification of the font name and where to purchase/download it
Direct Link to Font
URL to the official font page (e.g., Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts, font foundry)
