Common Issues & Solutions
Download Button Not Working
Button doesn't respond or nothing happens
Try these solutions:
- Refresh the page (F5 or Ctrl+R)
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers)
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Make sure JavaScript is enabled
Download Starts Then Fails
Download begins but stops or errors
This usually indicates a connection issue or interrupted download.
Solutions:
- Check your internet connection is stable
- Try downloading from a different network
- Restart the download
- Use a download manager for large files
File is Corrupted or Won't Open
Downloaded file is damaged or unreadable
Steps to fix:
- Delete the downloaded file completely
- Download the file again
- Make sure you have the right software to open the file
- Try extracting (if it's a .zip file) with a different tool

Browser Blocks Download
Browser shows security warning
Some browsers are overly cautious and may block safe downloads.
How to allow:
- Chrome: Click "Keep" or "Keep anyway" in downloads bar
- Firefox: Click the download arrow → right-click file → "Allow download"
- Safari: Go to Downloads → click "Allow"
- Edge: Click "..." → "Keep"
All downloads are safe
All files on Themely are scanned for security. These warnings are false positives.
Not Enough Disk Space
Download fails due to insufficient storage
Solutions:
- Free up space on your device (delete old files, empty trash)
- Change your download location to a different drive
- Use external storage (USB drive, external hard drive)
