Downloading Purchased Products
Learn how to download digital products you've purchased from Themely.
Overview
After purchasing a product on Themely, you can download it immediately from your purchase confirmation page, via email, or from your library. All purchases include unlimited re-downloads, so you never have to worry about losing your files.
How to Download
Immediately after completing your purchase, you'll see a confirmation page with a download button.
Complete Your Purchase
After successful payment, you'll be redirected to the confirmation page
Click Download
Look for the "Download Files" button on the confirmation page
Save the File
Your browser will download the file to your downloads folder
You'll receive a purchase confirmation email with a download link.
Check Your Email
Look for an email from Themely with subject "Your Purchase Confirmation"
Open the Email
Find the product details and download button in the email
Click Download Link
The download will start automatically in your browser
Didn't receive the email?
Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, you can always download from your library (Method 3).
All your purchases are stored in your library for unlimited re-downloads.
Go to Your Library
Click your avatar → Library (or visit /account/purchases)
Find the Product
Browse or search for the product you want to download
Click Download
Each product has a download button - click it to get your files
Important Information
Unlimited Re-downloads
You can re-download your purchased products as many times as you need, forever.
Immediate Access
Downloads are available immediately after purchase - no waiting period.
Multiple Devices
Download on any device you want - desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone.
Secure Downloads
All downloads are served over secure HTTPS connections to protect your files.
Common Issues
Try these solutions:
- • Refresh the page and try again
- • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- • Disable browser extensions that might block downloads
- • Check if your browser is up to date
Large files may take longer to download. Check your internet connection speed. See our Slow Download Speeds guide for tips.
Check your browser's downloads folder (usually in your home directory/Downloads). You can usually access it via Ctrl+J (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+J (Mac) in your browser.
