Privacy Settings
Control your data and visibility.
Profile Visibility
Public Profile (Default)
Your profile is visible to everyone. Products and activity are public. Your full name is displayed across the platform.
Hide Name Publicly
Display only your username instead of your full name across the platform. Your profile remains visible, but your full name is hidden.
Where your username will appear:
- Product cards and grids
- Author profile pages
- Reviews and comments
- Featured sections
- Search results
- Header dropdown
Private Profile
Only you can see your profile. Products are still visible when published. You will appear as "Anonymous User" in reviews and comments.
⚠️ Not Recommended for Authors
Making your profile private may significantly reduce your visibility and sales. Buyers prefer to see author profiles before purchasing.
How to Change Privacy Settings
- Go to Account Settings
- Click on the Security tab
- Find the Privacy Settings section
- Toggle Hide Name Publicly or Private Profile
- Click Save Privacy Settings
Changes take effect immediately across the entire platform.
Privacy Combinations

Note: When Private Profile is enabled, it takes precedence over the Hide Name setting.

Product updates, newsletters, and promotions.
Transactional Emails
Purchase receipts, downloads, and account updates (cannot be disabled).
Author Notifications
Notifications from authors you follow.
Data & Privacy
Download Your Data
Request a copy of all your data (purchases, favorites, profile info).
Cookie Preferences
Manage tracking and analytics cookies.
Third-Party Access
View and revoke connected apps and services.
